Alex. Paxton died at his residence near Campbell Chapel, on Tuesday morning after a long illness of consumption. His age was 64 years and some months. The funeral services took place at Mt. Olivet Church, Rev. E. Mason officiating. The deceased was a member of the ME Church for several years. He leaves a family and numerous friends to mourn his loss. -- typed by kbz
